REFUND POLICY

Our Refund Policy:

 

Refunds are not permitted if requested under 24 hours before the beginning of the show. For requests over 24 hours in advance a full refund will be issued to the same payment method. All refund requests must be made by email. Refund requests on the phone do not count and can't be processed properly. Please indicate your order number when making your request for a quick response. 

 

If you can't attend the show at the scheduled day and time and let us know in advance (even with less than 24 hours), we will do our best to accommodate you at a later show/date but can't guarantee availability. 

 

If your credit card provider applies any fees upon the return of the funds, these will be assumed by the customer.

 

In the unfortunate case of the death of an immediate family member, hospitalization, or other extraordinary circumstances that happen under the 24-hour window please email us with the appropriate supporting documents and we will review your case. Any such claims without supporting documentation can't be processed. 

 

 

Changes to the tickets:

 

We try to be as flexible as possible. Over 24 hours in advance, we can guarantee a change of date and time of the show upon availability. Under 24 hours we will do our best but a change of time/date can't be guaranteed.
